Issue description: 

In rh294-9.0 ch02s04 steps 4.1 and 4.5, the group [myself] is used but the playbook, ping-myself.yml, references the group [workstation]. Thus a warning is generated, "Could not match supplied host pattern, ignoring: workstation" and no hosts are matched for the playbook execution.

This can be fixed either by updating the lab playbook to use "hosts: myself" or to update the lab instructions to define the "[workstation]" group instead.
