      Description:  For the step 8 in the "Guided Exercise: Creating Pipelines with Elyra" to be runnable, it's important to include a note that in RHOAI 2.8, the workbench should be restarted after the step 2 (creation of pipeline server) is done. Otherwise, the "DataScience Pipeline API Endpoint" won't be filled up and the pipeline can't be run.
