      Issue description

      It states `oc edit multiclusterobservability -n openshift-multicluster-observability` even though the object is cluster wide and not namespace specific. Also the namespace used is IMHO outdated (it should be open-cluster-management-observability) but it doesn't appear as an error because it isn't actually used.
