lab start script not working for DO380

      Issue description

      DO380 lab script not working 

      It now throws error that it cannot find module gl006

      Steps to reproduce:

      run the lab command

      Workaround:

      1. login student lab
      2.`sudo vim /etc/rht file`
      3.change RHT_VERSION_LOCK=">=4.14.*,<4.15.0" to RHT_VERSION_LOCK="==4.14.0"
      4.manually run `sudo bash /usr/local/sbin/dynolabs-updates.sh
      5. wait lab cluster synced, then lab command will work.

      Expected result:

      Maybe the rpm package updated then the ">=" doesn't allow anymore . Please check
