      Issue description

      All labs or guided exercises cannot be started now. It's giving ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'do280'

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start virtual lab environment
      2. login into workstation machine
      3. type "lab start " and then press tab
      4. Or just input lab start declarative-manifests and run

      Workaround:

      change RHT_VERSION_LOCK=">=4.14.*,<4.15.0"  to RHT_VERSION_LOCK="==4.14.0" in /etc/rht and then rerun dynolabs-updates.sh

      Expected result:

      Lab can be started correctly
