For the updated container content, some changes to the lab image are required.

In workstation:
- Install podman-desktop. This package does not come with RHEL, but you can download the package from:
  https://developers.redhat.com/products/podman-desktop/overview
  The installation should add a soft link that is available in the PATH as podman-desktop. This for the successful run of the guided exercise.
In registry:
- Add the updated images in version 9 (UBI or RHEL):
  - Python 3.9
  - MariaDB (latest)
