      Issue description

The lab environment for this course has Internet connectivity and convert2rhel has built-in checks to make sure it's running the latest version. Since the course has 1.7.1 and the latest is now 2.0 this check fails, blocking the conversion.

      Steps to reproduce:

Attempt conversion in the GEs where this happens, such as the 1.4 guided exercise or the 1.10 guided exercise.

      Workaround:

In at least some of these labs it may be good enough to add these lines to ~/.bashrc (and re-import that file if necessary):

      export CONVERT2RHEL_OUTDATED_PACKAGE_CHECK_SKIP=1
      export CONVERT2RHEL_ALLOW_OLDER_VERSION=1

I haven't had time to verify whether this works correctly on all labs (such as the Satellite one which is driven via Ansible).

      Expected result:

Conversion should succeed instead of failing when following the steps in the exercise.
