Issue with start command

      Issue description:

      VT OID- 57704381

      There is issue always running the start command. Registry shows time out error. Wait.sh script has been successful though.

      Other chapter  start command also shows the same error.

       

      We need to the run the command 5-6 times to make it successful.

      Labs has been created freshly.

      Attached screen shot for your reference.

       

      Apart from this instructor was giving demo on some concept.

      A lot of latency in my lab environment as well as for student's lab environment.
      API not stable ... it works for a moment ... it stopped to work for another moment and continuously.

      Workaround:

      Restart gitlab service running on registry VM

      lab@utility$ ssh root@git.ocp4.example.com     (passwd redhat)

      root@registry$ /usr/bin/gitlab-ctl restart
