      Issue description

      Section 4.3

      virtctl vnc databasename will not work if run via ssh, but only via the VM Web Console.

      We could add here options such as:

      virtctl console databasename which will provide the serial console even via ssh and also guide the user to access the VNC Web Console via the VM Overview page.
