ch07s05 not working in disconnected mode

      Issue description

      The GE fails because there are some missing dependencies in Maven.
      The app exercise uses java 1.8 but their dependencies were not cached.
      The reason behind that is because the script that caches the dependencies runs from the workstation machine, and by default is J21.
      We can try to quickly adapt the app to j21 or the other version that is available in the classroom (J11)
