      Issue description

      On the https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/courses/rh294-9.0/pages/ch04s03 page in the NOTE of the "Ansible Handlers" chapter.

      It is indicate that "When multiple handlers are defined with the same name, only the last handler defined with the shared name runs."

      I made a test with two handlers of the same name and it was the first which is execute not the last handlers of the same name
