Issue description

In ~/.ansible-navigator.yml from DO374, the configuration points to a registry that does not exist (utility.lab.example.com instead of hub.lab.example.com). If any student decides to run ansible-navigator the command will fail with a 404 error.

Steps to reproduce:

run ansible-navigator from anywhere.

Workaround:

Labs are working because they are using podman registry configuration, not the ansible-navigator one, which might cause confusion.
