      Issue description: Feedback from learner "afonso.schulzalbrecht@parker.com"  :  the "hey everyone" sentence at the beginning of each video is too loud in relation to the rest of the audio in the video. After a handful of videos, it becomes quite annoying. The audio profile in the video should be a little bit more normalised, with less peaks.
