RH342v8.4 : ch07s07 : step 4.2 restart httpd service is required - why ?

      Issue description:  1. the lab seems not structured well - we dont get what the issue is until we rech step 3. we should atleast reproduce the error or arrive at our problem statement - like doing curl serverb  to see the error atleast right ? and then we can go on to check the network config of serverb , IP and DNS and then we can move ahaead.

      then in step 4.2 we instruct to restart httpd service - but httpd is already running and is not bound to any specific IP :

      as long as it is "star":80 ( asterisk:80 ) and httpd service is running we dont need to restart it - but we instruct to restart it and say this " Restart the httpd service so that it binds to the newly configured address."  which will be an incorrect statement given the configuration. So we can remove it and may be just check the httpd service status ?

      we can see that without the need of httpd restart for binding to a new IP , curl works just fine :
