Issue description

The gradedrun.yaml file uses the obsolete spec.timeout attribute to limit the execution time of the pipeline run, causing the grading to crash.

The attribute is now spec.timeouts.pipeline for the entire pipelinerun, along with tasks for individual tasks and finally for cleanup tasks in finally block.
