Issue description

as observed by internal learner in RH :

Description: "RHOAI mounts the required storage in the root directory of the container. You can also create persistent storage items from the data science project page, and leave the storage unassigned. This is useful to create persistent storage that you plan to mount in workbench directories different from /." This discription is wrong, if any pv mount to root / directory, the content will be empty, it can't run. In fact, the default PV is attached to the workbench container working directory /opt/app-root/src, it's also the home directory of this container
