Issue description

As there is (a little) talk of image change triggers in the preceding section, the exercise could be adjusted such that first an image stream "hello-world" is created from the "hello-world-nginx" image, the application is deployed, and then subsequently the image stream could be updated from "php-hello-dockerfile" image, thus showing a simple image change trigger in action.
