Description: ch01s08 "Implementing Recommended Ansible Practices" has students set up servera as a load balancer to web servers running on serverb and serverc.  However, neither the Outcomes, Before You Begin, or first step make it clear what the Ansible project that they're refactoring to follow recommended practices is supposed to accomplish.

This leads to confusion from students at step 6 as seen in DO447-127 (affecting the earlier revision of this activity).
