QA do417-2.4/ch05s04 registry keys already have desired values

      Issue description
      All of the above screenshots were taken before execution of playbook time.yml in step 7.4 , I can see the timeserver has changed post execution , but '
      Parameters' 'Config' and 'NtpServer' values remain unaltered. They already had the desired values even before the time.yml playbook was executed in step 7.4
