Issue description

The ansible task file uses podman_image component to remove the container image. However if the image is being used by any instance of ansible-navigator, this would fail. To make sure it is deleted, force the deletion by adding the parameter force:

Steps to reproduce:

Leave one instance of ansible-navigator running and run the script lab review-cr1 start. The grading script does not raise an error and skips the creation of the swap disk that is fundamentally used by the grading.
