      Issue description: 

      lab identity-domain

      Overcloud dashboard lost option to enter "Domain" at login.

      Steps to reproduce: 
      1) Delete and create a new lab environment
      2) On workstation, run "lab identity-domain start"
      3) Refresh http://overcloud.example.com
      4) Login screen changed to allow for only User Name and Password, domain is no longer available
      5) Only user/password admin/redhat is able to log in

      6) On workstation, run "lab identity-domain finish"
      7) Refresh http://overcloud.example.com
      8) Still no option for domain.

      Below is the text from lab start and lab finish. All ended with SUCCESS and no FAIL.
