Issue description

 Description:  Lab: Launching an Application Stack lab comprehensive-stack Step 4: Launch the stack and verify it by accessing the web page deployed on the instance. Use the developer1-production-rc user credentials to launch the stack. Issue: Without looking at the solution, I would assume the stack name is arbitrary, but without using the exact stack name as "production-app1", the lab grade script will fail. Suggestion to add one more bit of instruction to create a stack with the correct name.
