Workaround:

Description: This version of Classroom ILT env still need internet connection for a lot of practices. For example: 'lab start develop-git' will fail during 'Creating GitLat projects' step. The root of the issue is that PIP Install needs to connect to the Internet.

It's inconvenient when there is no Internet or firewall to access PIP.
