Why do we need to change to a text console in ch10s02 step 3?

      Issue description

      In ch10s02 "GE: Select the Boot Target", step 3 has students use Ctrl+Alt+F1 to change to a text-based console.  But step 2 had them manually switch to the multi-user.target systemd target, which should leave them at a text-based console.  Should we remove that instruction from step 3?
