      Issue description

      feedback from internal employee ( Matthew Whitehead ):  In rh294/pages/ch02 many commands are shown using 'ansible-navigator inventory'. However, testing the commands fails because the default source of the data (/etc/ansible/hosts) is not revealed until the end of the tutorial. Also, overriding the default source is delayed until the end too (--inventory PATHNAME). This section should be moved to the TOP of the text so users can test the commands successfully.
