      Issue description

      for ch03s06 , it seems when we run 'lab start playbooks-multiple' , the credential 'Student Git credential' and the project 'playbooks-multiple' is created. Consequently , when we try to create them in the exercise steps 2, and 3  -  we get the messages that they are already present. This does not seem right.
