Issue description

1.Before you begin needs a note that there is also a dependency of the the first GE in the unit ch10s02. You cannot run a scan with insights-client f you do not have any registered systems. 

2. Ch10s08: Since students are currently using their own RH Ids and subscriptions to do these insights exercises, this final GE should have steps to unregister. insights --unregister subscription manager unregister these should be run on serverd before the lab environment is deleted. they could be incluided in the final GE finish script.
