Issue description

Multiple errors in lab:

• Step 2.2: According to the "ldapsearch" output in course mateial "paydentomcheck" is in "administrators" group but actually this is not true (kristendelgado is in administrator group)

Steps 3.10, 3.12, 4.8, 4.13 must be updated accordingly (use "kristendelgado" instead of "paydentomcheck")

• Step 4.10 is in error. "sso_config.yaml" file in "/home/student/DO380/labs/auth-review/sso" contains only the "  - openID:" section; it's not a complete "oauth CRD yaml" file. Either "oc edit oauth/cluster" should be used (appending this file content) or the file must be updated.
