RH415v9.2 : ch10: registering through satellite server is no longer covered

      Issue description:  The NOTE about registering through satellite server references "This process is discussed in more detail in a later chapter." but this is no longer true. WE work with satellite server and oscap in a later chapter but we never return to insights and satellite (I think we did in the rhel7 version but not in this rhel9 version)
