Issue description
The command "lab external-service start" results to Fail
Steps to reproduce:
- Accessed the lab and fired the command "lab external-service start"
- Got "FAIL" as a result
- Have tried reprovisioning as well
Workaround:
Expected result:
The command "lab external-service start" should result to "SUCCESS"
