      Issue description: NIIT team marking  user :  Makayla Davis RHN ID - medavis2 as not attended in ROL portal, but after couple of refresh it is changing back to attended status.

       

      Steps to reproduce:Refersh the ROL page 5-6 times and it is changing back the status to attended
