Section Title:                      Quiz 1.9: Introduction to Kubernetes and OpenShift

      Issue description

Quiz 1.9: Introduction to Kubernetes and OpenShift has old format asciidoc markup for quizzes. This works on the PDF and RHLS, but is incorrect in the ePub on training bookshelf.

With the current markup, the answers appear in the non-solution and solution sections.

Please update the quiz markup to match the current instructions at https://docs.engineering.redhat.com/display/PTL/Solutions.

      Steps to reproduce:

Go to the Training Bookshelf link. If you need to, claim the title.

From the TOC, click the Quiz 1.9 link.

      Workaround:

      None.

      Expected result:

The quiz will first display without a solution, and then will be followed by the quiz rendered again with solutions highlighted.

Note: This will affect all languages. Once the English is fixed, this quiz will need to be sent back through translations to resolve the markup.
