AD482 : latest version of Fedora is on Python 3.12, which breaks the lab commands

      Issue description: The latest version of Fedora is on Python 3.12, which breaks the lab commands. I would change step 5.2 to run `python3.9 -m venv .venv` to force the usage of 3.9 just for the lab environment without affecting the system Python installation.
