 Description:  It seems that MariaDB does not start by "lab start" command. When testing connection at step 2, it fails. The console log says "Socket fail to connect to host:address=(host=localhost)(port=3306)(type=primary). Connection refused... Also checking by netstat commands, 3306 port is not found .
