DO180 Japanese subtitle is missing on some sections in Chapter 6 and 7

      Issue description

      When language are selected as English, some video subtitles are missing in Japanese.

      Here's a list of sections that are missing Japanese subtitles:

      ch06s03 
      ch06s07
      ch06s09
      ch06s10
      ch07s02
      ch07s04
      ch07s05
      ch07s08

      This issue also exist on version 4.14

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. launch DO180 course v4.12
      2. select course language as English or Japanese
      3. play the video and select Japanese subtitle
      4. Subtitle is missing

      Workaround:

      Currently no workaround

      Expected result:

      Japanese subtitle is displayed.
