Issue description
Step 6: There is no step to test the proxy cluster change.
According to this doc (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/security/certificate_types_descriptions/proxy-certificates.html#purpose) to test the change on the proxy cluster, an app that uses HTTPS outside OpenShift cluster must be running (see 1st paragraph).
