Issue description

After pxe booting of bootstrap node completed successfully, I found that bootstrap can't reach image registry  "nexus-registry-int.apps.tools-emea150.prod.ole.redhat.com"

I have configured the services and all required files (ignition files,
RHCOS images and all network services) then started the pxe booting on
bootstrap node.

After the bootstrap node completed the boot process, I opened the ssh
session to it from the utility machine using the core user and the pre
configured ssh key.
Ip address of the bootstrap node is 192.168.50.9/24, default gateway is
192.168.50.254

Then i executed the journalctl command to show the status of release
image and bootkube services, the log says it failed to pull ocp4 images
from local mirror registry.
