todo-list Node.js app does not deploy successfully

      Issue description :

       todo-list Node.js application does not deploy successfully. Upon checking the logs it shows NPM error. 

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      Complete step 4 and check todo-list application status. Its status comes up as CrashLoopBackOff. 

       

      Workaround:

       

      Use image: quay.io/redhattraining/openshift-dev-deploy-console-todo-list:latest
