Lack of consistency in the environment variable used to refer to the ingress gateway

      Issue description

      There is a myriad of environment variables that refers to the ingress gateway:

      INGRESS_URL GATEWAY_URL, ISTIO_GW GW_URL, FRONTEND_URL INGRESS_HOST

      Also, each GE/lab uses a different approach to capture the same variable. Some add the complete URL, other ones only the ingress gateway URL. Use one approach and stick with it.
