      Issue description

      In all guided exercises we use the ${RHT_OCP4_DEV_USER} and ${RHT_OCP4_DEV_PASSWORD} on any oc login command. However it is easier to use the username (developer) and the password (redhat) instead. adding keystrokes to the command makes it easy to create typos and issues related to copy/paste, whereas using the hardcoded values would be less error-prone
