Guided Exercises don't request students to change the ServceMeshMemberRoll manually

      Issue description

      All guided exercises provides a standard script to include the project you are supposed to work on into the ServiceMeshMemberRoll custom resource.

      However, this information is taken for granted to all students, but it is not so trivial to capture this requirement from the student's perspective. Include a step that the student must add the project into the ServiceMeshMemberRoll using OpenShift web console instead of providing scripts.
