Despite recommending pvmove - we dont see it in examples in the course

      Issue description

      In RH199-9.0 on page ch10, it says "Use the pvmove command -A option to automatically back up the metadata of the VG after a change". Despite this apparent recommendation, it does not use it in the examples. One would expect it to be used if it was expressly mentioned.
