      Issue description

       Description:  In RH199-9.0 on page ch01, it uses the abbreviation VD0. However, it doesn't explain the abbreviation as "Virtual Data Optimizer" until the next paragraph. Technical writing style requires showing the long form of an abbreviation first, and only afterwards using the abbreviation.
