Issue description
- set resource-stickiness to 500
- set location constraint for firstweb on nodeb to 499
should see the resource NOT moving nodes. which works as expected, but not for the implied reason (i.e. a value less than 500)
firstweb is a group and not an individual resource. it will not be moved back to nodeb until you set a location value of 1701 (3 *500 +200). this is not the implication of the exercise and the students will take away the wrong teaching point from the exercise.
if you remove two of the resources from the group then the scoring is easier to see and the resource will be moved back to nodea when you get to a location constraint value of 701
Steps to reproduce:
as above
Workaround:
Expected result:
exercise should show the student how the scoring works properly
