Two statements recommend using teaming:

"If you want to use several network interfaces on the same subnet, then configure teaming instead"   and

"Use teaming if you want to protect the network that the pcs command is using"

Teaming is not supported in rhel9 so this is a poor recommendation given the assumption that at some point the users will want to migrate to that version
