      Issue description

      None of the GEs from uses oc login to authenticate into the OpenShift cluster.

      All labs are considering that students were connected to OCP as the developer user but nowhere there is an authentication from the command line.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Start a fresh environment and run each GE/Lab from ch8.

      Ch08S02 step4: fails to run oc whoami

      Ch08S04 step 1: no previous authentication

      Ch08S05 step 2: no previous authentication.
