Issue description: The GE seems incomplete in the learning outcomes : 1. what is clat ? Why are we creating 512M file ? Why did we reduce fifo_batch to 1 directly ? when do we reduce such tunable to 1 or any number like 7 or 8 or 10 ? what will be it's implications ? In step 6 we can see the value of avg clat is lower than earlier - so upto what value can we say latency is improved ? is that the max improvement in the latency that we can do ( in this case ). Also what about fio command - the command is long , I checked in man page but there is no such example. Do we have to remember this command with arguments ?
Totally my personal opinion but this GE seemed more like a lecture to me than a GE.
