DO328: chs03: preface is confusing, credentials and API point not yet given to student

      Issue description

      In section `pr01s03`, there are required parameters USER, PASSWORD and OCP4_API for logging into OpenShift but it is not clear how to obtain them. I have found the values in content.example.com/courses/do328/sm2.0/ocp4.defaults . It would be helpful to mention somewhere that the default values for OpenShift are in the ocp4.defaults file in the content repository.
