DO188v4.10 Ch03s05 : could not find initialize repository option in quay.io ( create new repo section)

      Issue description:   Ch0305 step 1.5 says to log into quay.io and click on create new repo and then choose the option of 

      Initialize repository Initialize from a Dockerfile

       

      However that option is not available in quay.io as of now
