      Issue description: 

      I read the following sentence :

      "The root user can grant file ownership to any group, but only regular users can change the file's group ownership if they are a member of the destination group."

      I think the correct sentence is    " The root user can grant file ownership to any group, but regular users can ONLY change the file's group ownership if they are a member of the destination group."
